38 john deere l130 deck belt diagram
I have used this mower for over 5 years with no problems. I did a full oil change, filter change, spark plug etc over a month ago. Used it for over 5 miles of use since the change and the engine caught fire spontaneously. It was going for 7 seconds before I put it out. What could have caused this? I noticed oil leaking underneath and feel it has to do with that somehow. Any ideas? Should I try starting it up tomorrow? I’ve wiped off the oil and used a leaf blower to blow out extra gas and fire ... Hey everyone. I had to replace my deck belt this weekend cause it wore out and snapped. I was pretty confident I got the new one out in place properly, but when I engaged the blades the belt slipped off the “power Wheel” (its the pulley/wheel that’s attached to the engine) and now has a gash in it. I’ve search forms and John Deere’s website but I can’t seem to get a decent diagram or picture of how it should be routed.
